Simi Sahu is a strategic and innovative leader whose professional journey brings together theological education, organizational leadership, financial expertise and a deep commitment to spiritual formation and service. 

In her role as FCTS Cooperative Director, she provides strategic and operational leadership for the cooperating theological institutions working to expand access to theological education and strengthen ministry formation across South Florida.

With a background as a Certified Public Accountant and experience in accounting, auditing, financial management and strategic planning, Simi brings a distinctive perspective to nonprofit and ecclesial leadership. 

Her work has included leadership roles with the Diocese of Palm Beach, Amoris Christi Institute and Emmanuel Catholic Church, as well as experience with Deloitte & Touche and ALDI Inc. Alongside her organizational and financial work, she has spent many years teaching and accompanying young adults in areas of prayer, discernment, theology and spiritual formation. She has also served as an instructor in the Diocese of Palm Beach’s School of Christian Formation and as an elected member of the International Council of Jesus Youth.

In her spare time she enjoys time spent in nature, creative writing and reading anything written by Flannery O’Connor and Fyodor Dostoevsky.
