What is BPA?
The Business Professionals of America is a vocational student organization with over 40,000 members from secondary and post-secondary schools. It offers students opportunities to meet fellow students, participate in state and national skills competitions, and develop the leadership skills necessary for success in business and computer occupations. All students at Franklin County Technical School are eligible to join BPA.
Members of the BPA are encouraged to learn about specific business and computer careers, as well as develop citizenship and social skills essential for their futures. BPA helps students build self-confidence and develop positive self-esteem while developing the necessary skills for success in the world of work.
Many BPA students from our school have competed at the national level in locations throughout the United States, including:
- Orlando, FL
