at Franklin County Technical School.

  • Mediterranean Chicken Risotto$7.25
  • Authentic italian-style risotto is tossed with fresh spinach, garlic, Kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and capers, then topped with diced chicken and shredded parmesan.

  • Baked Haddock$7.50
  • Foster’s fresh haddock is baked
    to a tender and moist finish, with
    a butter crumb topping.
    Garnished with lemon and parsley.
    Served with a classic seafood sauce.

  • Shrimp and Scallop Scampi$7.50
  • Fresh sea scallops and shrimp are delicately dsauteed in garlic, herbs, white wine and lemon, then topped with parmesan cheese. Served with pasta du jour.

    Lighter Fare

  • Angus Beef Burger$6.25
  • A 5 oz. Angus beef patty is broiled to order and topped with melted cheese. Served with lettuce and tomato. Served with hand-cut french fries and soup du jour.

  • Pulled Pork Sandwich$6.25
  • House smoked, tender shredded pork is prepared as a quesadilla with three cheeses, carmelized onions, and roasted red and green peppers. Served with a tomato salsa and sour cream or maple dipping sauce on the side.

  • Summer Fruit Salad with Grilled Chicken$6.50
  • Romaine, spinach and mesclun greens are tossed with fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit. Served with poppy seed dressing on the side and soup du jour.

  • Grilled Pizza$6.25
  • House-made individual pizza is grilled, then topped with pepperoni and mozzerella cheese. Served with a side salad.
