House smoked, tender shredded pork is prepared as a quesadilla with three cheeses, carmelized onions, and roasted red and green peppers. Served with a tomato salsa and sour cream or maple dipping sauce on the side.
Romaine, spinach and mesclun greens are tossed with fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit. Served with poppy seed dressing on the side and soup du jour.
House-made individual pizza is grilled, then topped with pepperoni and mozzerella cheese. Served with a side salad.
